• "User," "you," or "your" refers to individuals or businesses using our services.
• "eGift Cards" refers to any digital voucher issued through our platform.
• "Merchant" refers to brands or businesses offering eGift Cards via Mooments.

3. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services.
• You agree to use Mooments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

4. eGift Cards

• eGift Cards are issued by respective Merchants and subject to their individual terms of use.
• Mooments facilitates the issuance, distribution, and redemption of eGift Cards but is not responsible for Merchant obligations.
• Each eGift Card is valid for a specific duration as defined by the Merchant, which will be stated at the time of issuance.
• eGift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated by the Merchant.

5. Expiry Policy

• All eGift Cards have an expiration date, which varies by Merchant. Expiry details will be specified at purchase or issuance.
• Expired eGift Cards cannot be used, reissued, or refunded. It is your responsibility to track and use eGift Cards before expiration.
• Certain jurisdictions may have legal restrictions on expiry dates. In such cases, applicable laws will prevail.

6. Fees and Payments

• Payments for eGift Cards are processed securely through our platform.
• Any applicable fees, including transaction fees, will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Refunds or disputes regarding payments should be directed to the respective Merchant, unless otherwise stated.

7. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Mooments is not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from compromised accounts.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and technology on Mooments are owned by or licensed to us.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Mooments acts solely as a facilitator between Users and Merchants. We are not liable for Merchant services, non-fulfilment, or disputes.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Mooments after updates signifies your acceptance.
• Material changes will be communicated via our platform or email.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mooments operates.
